Our on-call certified staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round even on holidays.
We do not require you to change your doctor. Your chosen personal doctor will lead your plan of care.
We can make multiple visits over weeks or months to ensure your recovery proceeds according to plan.
We can assist with discharge planning at the hospital, laboratories at home, and even your durable medical equipment needs (wheelchair, shower chair, etc).

Our Disciplines
Skilled Nursing
Registered Nurses and Licensed Nurse practitioners provide nursing care treatment and instructions to the patient, and immediate family members, and coordinate with all the others involved in the patient care.
Physical Therapy
Helps the patient regain functional mobility, increase strength and improve range of motion and gait training.
Occupational Therapy
Helps increase the patient's independence and ability to perform his daily functions by teaching adaptive methods and the use of special equipment.
Speech Therapy
Works with the patient and family to help regain or develop communication skills following a stroke or other disabling disease.
Medical Social Worker
Helps the patient and family deal with financial and social problems which interfere with the patient's recuperation or stability.
Certified Nursing Assistant
May assist patients with activities of daily living such as Bathing, personal hygiene, assisting with any home exercise programs, and observing and reporting changes in the patient's needs and conditions.
